I recently subscribed to Saveur Magazine.  Anthony Bourdain’s, Kitchen Confidential, suggests reading the magazine in order to learn the newest recipes and techniques.  One look at this month’s cover and I was sold!  I don’t think it violates my challenge, what do you think?
